Swiss citizen, Jean-Paul Vulliety is Professor of the Law of obligations at the University of Geneva. Holding a Doctorate in Law from the University of Geneva, he is also a lawyer at Geneva Bar.

His research and publications relate to business law, the law of contracts and the law of commercial transactions.
