Probst Gilbert J.
Gilbert J.B. Probst is ordinary Professor for Organization and Management and Co-director of the Executive MBA program at the University of Geneva. Gilbert Probst is also Managing Director, Leadership Office and Academic Affairs, and Dean of the Global Leadership Fellows Program at the World Economic Forum. Furthermore, he serves as the president of the board of Swiss Top Executive Training (SKU) and as a member of the board of several Swiss companies.
Gilbert Probst obtained his Ph.D. and habilitation in business administration at the University of St. Gall, Switzerland. His research publications deal with subjects such as Managing Growth, Learning Organization, Knowledge Management, Systemic Management, and Structuring of Organizations.
