MAS in Human Resources
The MAS programme in Human Resources and Career Management provides interdisciplinary academic training enabling students to gain an understanding of the social and economic challenges facing business today and in the future. It involves the presentation and evaluation of innovative concepts and tools of a profession which manages the most valuable asset of the 21st century – human capital.
Organised jointly by the universities of Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchâtel, in partnership with business, and professional and employers’ associations, this training provides students with an opportunity to develop their skills and attain a high level of expertise in the various areas of specialisation available.
